Last week I had the opportunity to teach a fly fishing 101 class. The class consisted of two nights in the shop, one night at the park working on casting, and a day on the river, putting all the elements we covered together. Going over all the nuts and bolts of beginning fly fishing: rigging, learning knots, entomology, casting, and the other nuances that come with fly fishing can be a challenge to say the least. Everyone in the class was very fun to spend a day on the water with and I am hoping to see them on the river and in the shop soon.
I want to thank my class for the fun time we had and for there willingness to learn and participate. Thank you all!
