The Scott G Series 885-4 (8’8” 5wt) has long been considered a benchmark dry-fly rod throughout the West. Known for its smooth, progressive action and incredible feel, the G Series excels at delicate presentations while still having enough backbone to handle longer casts and technical trout water.
Recently discontinued, these rods are already becoming sought after by anglers who appreciate Scott’s signature feel and refined graphite design.
This rod is in great used condition, showing only a few small signs of normal fishing wear. The blank, guides, and cork remain in very nice shape and it’s ready for many more days on the river.
