Return the product unused, in the original packaging, tags attached, with your order number or receipt within 365 days of the order date and we’ll issue a full refund or exchange. If you are outside of that window and have the order number or receipt, the product is unused, in original packaging, and tags we’ll issue a store credit.

We want you to be satisfied with us and the products you've purchased from us. If you are not happy with a product you purchased from us and you cannot meet the criteria above, or you've used the product, give us a shout or contact us below and we'll do what whatever we can within our power to get you taken care of.
