Used Orvis Recon 10' 3wt Euro Nymph Rod

This Orvis Recon is designed for Euro Nymphing.  The 10' rod for a 3wt line is in very good shape.  It's a dark olive blank with nice accenting gray wraps.  The cork grip shows some signs of use, and has a nice accomodating fighting butt that helps balance out this rod. Each ferrule section has alignment dots to ease putting the rod together so the guides are aligned. There is some minor scratching on the blank, but nothing serious. The rod is fast, but remains at the bottom end of the scale when it come to flex and quickness.  This fly rod comes with the original sock and tube.   

If your looking to get into the Euro Nymph game, or want a good back up for your streamside nymphing adventures, this would be a good addition to you quiver.
