Used Abel TR2

For sale here is an Abel TR2 fly reel. Very Good used condition. Reel comes with backing, and original Abel reel pouch. These are the less often seen non-ported back and spool designs which give a bit more swing weight below the handle and helps balance out 9ft rods nicely. Some slight dings to the reel feet but no major rim rash or other unslightly blemishes. 

Reel frame, spool, drag knob and foot made from Aerospace grade aluminum. Internally adjustable pawl click drag made from heat-treated stainless steel is locked in place by two small hex cam nuts and a spring retainer. To adjust the incoming or outgoing tension, rotate the fully enclosed hex nuts with your fingertip. Standard arbor design allows for large capacity and ample backing, this reel can hold weight forwards or double tapers in line weight 3-6 easily with an adjustment to the amount of backing.
